So the method is simple

1. Download and install  the App INSTAPIC.
2. Create new Account IF not having or login and click authorize.
3.  Wait For a Minute for loading.
4. Click the Camera Icon on top.
5.  Browse the file to be uploaded .
6.  Add suitable captions and hashtags if u want .
7.  Click Submit.
8. Done.
